  I bought a Mercedes benz vito van from Jake, the sale was smooth and professional of which I expected it to be, however the van had 2 breakdowns within 2 months of the purchase, both not related. This is when I found out that Euro Commercial trade centre would excel in customer service, exactly when i needed them to. Both faults were immediately dealt with , rectified with no fuse or hesitation. I will 100% buy my future Commercial Vehicles from this company.   Just want to say thank you to Dave and Rob for their assistance when a fault occurred on my van within the first month of picking it up. They were both great with helping me to resolve the problem.   Was my first time buying a vehicle through a dealership and the process was made very relaxed and stress free by David who I dealt with throughout the sale, he was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. The customer service was excellent before and after the sale. I would recommend and would return in the future as the van I purchased is just what I wanted and more, at a good price and a great service.
