A great time was had by all at our Fun Day Event at our newly re-furbished Kia showroom in Rainham High Street.
Thank you to everyone who attended and made the day such a happy event! The weather was perfect and we had around 150 visitors to the new-look showroom and forecourt.
Everyone visiting commented on how bright and airy the showroom now feels, with air conditioning, light wood wall coverings, a new reception layout and easy to access sales and service desks. The up-to-the-minute look and feel really made an impression.
Our guests were able to enjoy some great entertainment too - a realistic race car simulator with a moving, responsive seat and steering plus a virtual reality mask - as near as you can get to the real thing! There were definitely some budding Lewis Hamiltons amongst you.
The face painting went down very well, with virtually all visitors having either their faces or arms painted with colour, flowers and glitter - even our staff caught the festival vibe!
We were all amazed by our resident Magician, Andy, who stunned and dumbfounded us with his card tricks and disappearing illusions.
Tasty refreshments were on hand from the Tin Canteen, with yummy toasties, crepes, hot dogs, ice cream and cakes available, followed by hot drinks and chilled soft drinks.
The showroom was decorated with balloon arches and floating balloon decorations and DJ Scott provided a lively selection of tunes throughout the day. Everyone got a goody bag, a Kia cupcake and a Jaycee bear, and several of you took pictures at our selfie spot.
Although this was not a sales event, those attending were given a voucher to unlock special offers on our new and used cars to be redeemable on Sunday 25th June at the showroom.
All in all, the feedback was great and you obviously enjoyed the event as much as we enjoyed putting it on. Thank you for your support and we are delighted to have welcomed you to our new-look showroom - you're welcome back any time!
