The ŠKODA Superb facelift model goes into production the week of the 8th July, with first deliveries to our retailers around the end of August 2019. There are 3 waves of production featuring different engines and specifications and the official launch will be in our showrooms during September. How exciting!
The ever popular, multi-award-winning Superb gets a newly-designed front and rear, giving it a premium look. It gets even more equipment – adding to the standard specification and giving customers even more reasons to buy.
LED headlights & fog lights, as well as keyless entry and start/stop are now standard across the range. The bonnet and grille have changed to give the vehicle a sleeker appearance, with narrower headlights.
To the rear, the Superb now features the ŠKODA brand name in bold block lettering (instead of the logo roundel). On the SE L trim and above, a chrome strip runs along the tailgate and into the redesigned rear LED tail lights which feature animated indicators. LED spotlights project 'ŠKODA' onto the ground when the doors are opened if you take the option of ambient lighting.
A 2.0 TSI 190PS DSG engine is now available on certain trims. Driver safety and assistance features have been added such as front assist with pedestrian protection as standard. Inside the infotainment is keeping pace with the latest technology with Smartlink+, voice control, touchscreen display, integrated wifi and extra USB points. The L&K version boasts a virtual cockpit.
