Excellent news! JCB SEAT Parts Supervisor, Nathan Cloke, has passed his accreditation for SEAT Parts Advisor and so becomes the first in the UK to achieve this.
Jonathan Bischoff, JCB Group Managing Director was delighted at this result: "Nathan has been properly engaged on this and has done very well, even gaining 100% in one of the sections. This is a great achievement and one that the whole company are very proud of. I am sure that, like me, you will wish Nathan congratulations."
Latest news (February) - Following on from this success, Nathan was nominated and entered into the UK Top SEAT People competition at Milton Keynes. We have great pleasure and delight to inform you that Nathan attended the final competition in Milton Keynes in the Parts Manager category. As a result of his hard work , determination and commitment, not only did he reach the finals, he WON the UK title and now goes on to represent the United Kingdom in the World finals in March.

Parts Advisors are responsible for ordering and supplying thousands of genuine SEAT parts from the complex and detailed parts catalogues. It's really important that customers and our workshops get the right part, right first time. This is no mean feat considering the number of different models available, going back at least 10 years, and considering every derivative of each of these models. From the smallest bolt to a whole engine, every part must be ordered and supplied by our Parts teams.
