We are looking for a Sales Assistant / Customer Experience Advisor to join our JCB Euro ŠKODA & Van Centre Dealership in Worthing.

As a Sales Assistant / Customer Experience Advisor you will ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty. You will do this by delivering outstanding customer service at every point of the customer’s journey with us. You will be a people focused person with a can do attitude with the desire to offer a great customer experience, willing to learn and be part of a great team of people. Training will be provided both on site and via the National Learning Centre, some training is online some maybe off site at facilities in Milton Keynes. Technology plays an ever increasing part in our business, so an understanding or passion to learn and understand more about it is essential. Driving licence will be required.

Your duties will include....

• Initial customer contact, establish requirements (physical, telephone and email)
• Respond to and manage online enquiries
• Be part of the handover process to show the customer around their car and explain the controls and features etc.
• Assisting the customer to connect the vehicle to the SKODA Network and pair any phones etc
• Shadowing the current sales team whilst learning processes and the role
