Trainee CUPRA Sales Executive Needed

We are looking to recruit a full-time Trainee CUPRA Sales Executive to join our new CUPRA site in Rainham, Kent.

CUPRA is more than just a car brand; CUPRA is a lifestyle and a mindset. We are looking for people with a proactive outlook who pride themselves on providing an exceptional level of service to our customers from the very first point of contact through to post-sale care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -

• Generating sales leads and prospects for new and pre-owned CUPRA vehicles
• Delivering an exclusive and bespoke customer experience and tailoring the sales experience for the customer
• Offering excellent post-sale care in order to drive customer loyalty and retention
• Achieving both new and pre-owned CUPRA sales targets

A bit about you...

You will be working independently so excellent organisation and self-motivation will be needed to meet targets and you will be trusted to make decisions autonomously so will have a bold approach to your work. This role could be right for you if you: -

• Can demonstrate previous experience providing fantastic customer service
• Are passionate about the automotive industry
• Understand how to reach out to potential customers in the digital age.
