We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team at our Volkswagen Van Centre & SEAT & CUPRA in Ashford!

This is a role that may be developed from within, so if you have some experience in the motor industry then this would be useful, but not essential.

You will use your excellent customer service skills to receive customers and their vehicles, in a friendly and professional manner, and discuss their requirements. You will also take responsibility for the customer relationship whilst their vehicle is being serviced or repaired.

To be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have experience in Aftersales and have fantastic customer service skills. Ideally, you will be very friendly and will get a buzz out of building new and lasting relationships with our customers. You will also enjoy using your sales skills to sell other products and services that the customers may want or need as well as being influential, kind and thorough with everything you do.
