We are currently seeking to appoint a Sales Manager at our SEAT & CUPRA dealership in Snowhill, Crawley.

We are looking to appoint someone who is equally committed to moving the brands forward, taking ownership of the Sales function, growing and developing the team and making it an even more successful part of the JCB Group. This is not a stop gap role – this is the opportunity to progress your career and really make a difference. Key objectives of the role include -

• Achieve and strive to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team
• Formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance and accessory sales
• Maximise sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers
• Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
• Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines

Candidates must have a great understanding of the Sales Manager function, as well as a proven track record of sales within the automotive industry. You will be keen to lead, coach and develop a small, but experienced sales team to maximise sales and ensure a fantastic customer experience.
