There are several different ways to plan for the servicing and maintenance costs of owning your Mercedes-Benz van. Be it a new or approved used vehicle, we have options to suit. From one off to service bundles, basic service to adding on other maintenance items, all is explained here.

Pay As You Go Servicing

You can choose to pay for your servicing as you go. So, when the service ASSYST light shows on your dashboard, it's time to book in. Call us for pricing on major and minor services. Extra items such as air conditioning are not included in the standard service price, so you may wish to check with us what you would like to include. We are happy to allocate time to include everything for you in one visit.

ServiceCare Maintenance Plan

Spread the cost of up to 6 services and save with a ServiceCare Maintenance plan

The plan enables you to spread the cost of up to 6 services over a period of up to 48 months without entering into a credit agreement.

ServiceCare Flex Plan

With ServiceCare Flex you can buy in bulk to fix and reduce the cost of up to 100 services over 12 months. Typically, service plans are purchased for and assigned to individual vans – which works well for smaller businesses, but can be restrictive for fleet operators. With ServiceCare Flex, you can take out one contract to cover all Mercedes-Benz vans of the same model in your fleet.

ServiceCare Complete Plan

Many businesses, particularly those operating a number of vans, maintain their cashflow with our ServiceCare Complete Plan. It allows you to benefit from an entirely fixed cost maintenance package that you can tailor to suit your business’s needs. It covers all services, MOTs and anything else you need – wear and tear components, tyres, ancillary equipment such as tail-lifts and fridges, even a replacement vehicle and collection and delivery, while maintenance is being carried out.

  • As long as your van is less than 5 years old at the end of the plan we’ll be able to design a plan that’s bespoke to your business requirements
  • What’s covered is up to you but the cost is fixed for the term of the agreement (terms and conditions apply) – making forecasting much more straightforward
  • Pay monthly – without entering into a credit agreement
