Did you know that the air conditioning system is also linked to the heating and ventilation system and as such should be kept clean and fresh to provide optimum efficiency?
We recommend a full air conditioning service every 2 years. This keeps the gas that works the system topped up, checks for leaks and makes sure the system is working safely and to full efficiency. The hoses, compressor and condenser need to be checked for any signs of wear and tear. These components also assist in the de-misting of your vehicle in inclement weather, so it's important to keep everything running smoothly whatever the time of year.
A refresh can be carried out between services. This is essential to rid the system of any harmful bacteria that can build up and helps keep you fresh, alert and driving safely. The annual/mileage service does not include an air conditioning service, so you will need to book this in separately.
