Citroën Berlingo Van has won the ‘Best Small Van’ title in the Parkers Awards 2020.
Citroën Berlingo Van has beaten its small van competitors to yet another trophy, winning the ‘Best Small Van’ category in the Parkers’ Awards 2020. Parkers is the authoritative source for new and used vehicle pricing, advice and road tests. Berlingo Van saw off challenges from shortlisted rivals, Ford Transit Connect and Volkswagen Caddy to take the award.
CJ Hubbard, Editor Parkers Vans and Pickups, praised Berlingo Van following the announcement of the award, stating that: “The Berlingo brings innovation and practicality galore, with modern technology solutions to long-standing problems”

Berlingo Van has been lining up the awards since its launch late last year. As well as this prestigious award from Parkers, Berlingo Van has been voted ‘International Van of the Year’ 2019, and was named both ‘Light Commercial Vehicle of the Year’ and ‘Light Van of the Year’ at the 2019 What Van? Awards.
In January 2019, Citroën Berlingo Van won the ‘Small Van of the Year’ award, presented by Company Car and Van magazine, swiftly followed by the ‘Van of the Year’ and ‘Small Van of the Year’ in the first Fleet World Great British Fleet Awards. Berlingo Van also added ‘Best Small Trades Van’ in The Business Van Awards 2019 as well as ‘Van of the Year’ and ‘Best Small Van’ in the 2019 Trade Van Driver magazine awards. This summer, the inaugural Company Van Today Awards brought three more prizes for Berlingo Van – ‘Van of the Year’, ‘Light Van of the Year’ and the ‘Technology Award’ for the van’s innovative Overload Indicator.
The multi-award winning Berlingo Van range was recently completed with the addition of the Berlingo Crew Van. Based on the longer ‘XL’ variant to provide flexible seating for up to five occupants, or up to 4.0m3 of load space, as required. All Crew Van versions are based on ‘Enterprise’ specification, offering a wealth of standard ‘car-like’ features that provide optimal comfort to both driver and all passengers.
