My husband and I have been very happy and have been with JCB Medway since 2010. Our first Touran was getting 45/50 miles to the gallon, the latest Touran we got on Bluemotion has given us 60/70 miles to the gallon. The motability salesman Peter Watson has been very helpful over the years and will still keep coming back god willing.

A very professional service on the telephone whenever I rang from the telephonist/receptionist especially. James was always very helpful to explain anything I didn't understand and gave me the impression I could always ring I future if I had a problem. The gentleman who delivered the car was charming. Explained all the functions clearly without rushing through them. The car was delivered on time with little things like the radio stations already set which I thought was a very nice touch.
