Customer care is at the heart of our business and even on the rare occasion when things go wrong, we do our very best to put them right. If in the unlikely event that our service or our products do not meet with your full satisfaction, be sure to let us know.

"From the beginning when I first went to shop around they were hands on. Every time I went back, two or three times, I had the same person and that was very nice. I was given lots of information and looked after well."

"They did everything I wanted them to do. I got my car quicker than they said they would deliver it, so they went over and above. They sorted out one or two little problems I had, so I can't fault them."

"The guy who sold the car, James was brilliant. He kept us informed and he was really helpful. He didn't come across as a typical salesman which sometimes can put you off. He was nice and genuine. I felt like I could trust what he was saying. "

"I have shopped around a great deal before I made the purchase. I looked at all sorts of cars within a range and I looked in several garages. What swung it for me was Cam Mullen, the salesman who was exceptionally helpful, he was really excellent. I saw some really nice cars in other garages and went for test drives which were really good, but none of the other salesmen were as good as him. "

"The reception was very welcoming. You're on the system; they know that you're coming and everything is set up. I was back early but I was given tea and nobody bothered me, but they kept me up to date with what was happening."

"The work was completed on time and they rang me to tell me when it was done. The offer of a courtesy car was there if I required it. They also cleaned my car before it was returned to me. They are very helpful and friendly and overall, was a nice experience."
