We are very pleased and proud to announce that Eurovans Eastbourne has won 'Best Used Van Centre Of The Year' for 2016 at the prestigious Volkswagen Performance Awards held in London last week.
Eurovans beat off competition from the national network of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle dealerships to be given this award.
In addition, Eurovans Eastbourne scooped the silver award for Overall Top Performer for the second year running.
Our Van Centre in Ashford, Kent won 1st place nationally for its Aftersales performance and came 8th in the national balance scorecard awards which are based on customer satisfaction.
Volkswagen Commercials Brand Director Carl zu Donha presented the awards and congratulated everyone who was there. “Our dedicated UK Van Centre network did a great job in 2016, supporting our brand ambition and helping us achieve a great result,” said Carl. “More important than the numbers, however, is the work they do to support customers, providing a service which means people want to come back again and again.
“It’s good to see some new winners this year: business leaders and teams who set the standards to which the rest of the network can aspire. I’m very proud of the network and thank everyone for their hard work and commitment.”
