Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Denny, who bought their new Honda HR-V from us last month. The best laid plans went awry and the car was delayed much to everyone's disappointment. The car has now arrived and handover was this week. In order to go some way to make amends for their longer than expected wait, Sales Executive, Shakira and Sales Administrator, Donna made up a hamper of goodies for Mr & Mrs Denny to enjoy together. The couple were also compensated by the company as a gesture of goodwill.
As you can see from the great smiles they have, they were pleased with their new car despite the wait. Next week is their anniversary, so we wish them a great day and are thrilled that we could make their handover a special moment.
Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Roberts from Deal. They part exchanged their 64 plate CR-V and 62 plate Jazz for brand new ones, and are pictured on handover day. It was love at first sight for Ruth Jerrett! Ruth travelled all the way from London in search of the perfect Honda and unexpectedly fell for our Honda HR-V in Brilliant Sporty Blue. Although the path to true love did not run completely smoothly date-wise (we were aiming for Mrs Jerrett's birthday!), Sales Executive, Shakira was on hand to present Mrs Jerrett with a bouquet of flowers to make the occasion extra special, and Amanda Fisher at Honda UK made it her mission to send a big Hamper to present to Mrs Jerrett to wish her a Happy Birthday.
Pictured are Mr & Mrs Nash who have just taken delivery of a brand new CR-V from Shakira at JCB Honda. It was their first experience of buying from us, and as it was a particularly special purchase for them, Shakira dressed the car with a handmade bow and ribbon and a message of congratulations in the windscreen. We wish Mr & Mrs Nash many years of happy motoring!
