Toby has had 17 years experience in the car industry, 10 years at Leasing Companies which involved 3 years in Accident Management and the rest in Sales and Account Management. He also has extensive experience of the manufacturing world, having worked for both Volkswagen and SEAT in the last 7 years. Toby’s aim is to offer the large corporate service levels and advice with the small business courtesy to all our customers. 100% Customer retention will always be our goal, and a strong relationship goes a long way to making this happen. Louise has been in the motor industry for 16 years. 15 of those years were spent at LeasePlan working in Buyer, New Business Implementation and LCV Consultancy roles. In addition Louise has worked in a large dealership, so has experience of both sides of B2B. Now with the JCB Team she looks after our online sales and small business fleets.
Lee has worked in the motor industry for many years and for the JCB Group in several roles - most recently specialising in VW commercials. Now with the JCB Business and Fleet team, Lee looks after online sales and small business fleets for our SEAT franchise.
Mike has been with The JCB group for nearly 10 years now and has 22 years in the fleet industry. This ranges from Passenger cars to Commercial Vehicles. He is our Commercial Vehicle specialist but also has in depth knowledge with Passenger cars. Mike will work with customers closely to make sure the requirements they have for their LCV fleet are exact and correct. Don’t forget that Volkswagen Commercial vehicles also include, Amarok, Caravelle and the California. Mark has been in the motor industry for the past 18 years – 15 of which were spent with 2 of the UK’s leading contract hire brokers, where he dealt with a number of large fleets inc. Crossrail, before moving to MINI as a BDM. Mark covers the Sussex area for The JCB Group whose sites include Crawley, Eastbourne and Brighton and his role is to find and develop new opportunities within the area, growing the relationships. Being field based means he can be flexible to the customers needs, assisting with demos, quotes and general fleet information customers may require.
Alan has been in the motor industry in various guises since 1988, starting in car rental then moving to van rental. Alan joined the Volkswagen passenger car brand in 1999. In the 17 years he has spent with the brand he has provided account management service to a wide variety of clients from pharmaceuticals and civil engineering, to aerospace and airlines. He's also enjoyed preferred supplier status with contract hire and leasing companies. Alan has a wealth of experience in business development, indeed, working with some of his customers for over 10 years. Pride is taken on delivering all their requirements. All will testify to account management and service levels second to none!
Alan joined JCB team in August 2016 with a brief to develop new business in the East Sussex area.
Kim has been with The JCB Group for over 10 years working predominantly in the fleet department. Kim’s role is to work with the manufacturer and Contract Hire companies and to make sure that cars are ordered, arrive on time and in the right specification. With the ever changing market this is always “challenging”! Kim has great contacts within the industry and this helps us when trying to solve logistical challenges. Kim is typically the first person the Leasing companies turn to when they have questions on supply, lead-times and options.
Robin is the true veteran of the JCB Fleet Team, having been in the fleet industry for approaching 30 years! He has a vast experience of manufacturers and the industry in general. Robin's main role within the team is to look after dedicated accounts. He has a vast knowledge, and his aim is to make sure customers have all the information they need at their fingertips. He will always go that extra mile to make sure we deliver an outstanding service.
