How does it work?

    Our Accident Management service supports your driver back onto the road, takes care of the claim and repair process and gives you immediate control of the cost, quality and speed of vehicle repairs. In the case of a non fault accident, we will even provide you with a like for like replacement vehicle.

    The fast and hassle free incident reporting service is available 24/7 for 365 days a year and includes insurer notification.

    We manage the prompt collection and repair of your vehicle and manage any third party claim by the insurer.

    This means that your downtime is minimised, your administration is reduced and the ‘hassle factor’ involved in an accident is removed. Your business keeps on the road and moving – where it should be.

    Isn’t this what my insurance company does for me?

    It is unlikely that your insurance company is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. What would happen if one of your drivers has an accident when they are closed and the vehicle is not driveable?

    An insurance company will only handle the claim and paperwork, then allocate a body shop for the vehicle repairs; they will not book the vehicle in for estimate and repair, or book a courtesy vehicle. They will not chase the body shop for updates on the repair or update your driver. In short, they will not manage the’ vehicle off road’ time. This means you or your drivers and admin staff are spending valuable time dealing with the insurer, the body shop and the hire company instead of on your business! 
    Our Accident Management Service does all this for you, including reporting the accident to your insurance company. We work with your insurance company, not against them, as your insurer will still inspect and authorise repairs.

    What about non fault accidents?

      We have our Fleet Indemnity Solution. Where a third party is deemed at fault, we will repair your vehicle and endeavour to provide you with a comparable replacement vehicle via credit hire. We can recover your policy excess and associated hire costs via our uninsured loss recovery system.

      JCB Business & Fleet have negotiated a no monthly management fee service on behalf of our valued customers. All you have to do is register with us.
